In 2015, Sergey Nesterov gave two courses at the Institute for Molecular Medicine Finland (FIMM) as part of the FIMMPOD Professional Development Programme.

These courses in Project Management and Organisational Behaviour received excellent feedback from participants, who were mainly postdoctoral and senior researchers at the institute. In particular, participants found the courses enjoyable and the content highly useful and many especially liked the interactive format.

It was also a pleasure to organise these courses with Sergey, who I found to be friendly, enthusiastic, well-organised, flexible and an excellent communicator.
